Yoshi was our chief today and he was an absolute gem. Not only did he make sure everyone was smiling the entire time, but he made sure everything was cooked to perfection. We learned this week we moved from Kobe, Japan so he is very educated on the subject. The only note is you are encouraged to tip at this restaurant.
